WAKAYAMA GROUP
Project Title
Study on quantum interaction models and quantum error correction codes
Outline of Research
We study the spectral structure of non-commutative harmonic oscillators, quantum Rabi models and their important generalized models (asymmetric quantum Rabi model, Dicke model, Spin-Boson model, etc.) from various viewpoints such as representation theory, number theory, arithmetic geometry and dynamical systems. Also, we will investigate group-theoretic studies on quantum error correction codes employing viewpoints of geometry and topology. In addition, in order to contribute to the basic hash function configuration and security evaluation in cryptography, the Ramanujan graph, its generalized configuration and relating zeta functions of such graphs, which will be started in earnest after 2022.
